How the product works

The following is a brief description of its working principle.

Electric tableware disinfection cabinet

  The electric heating disinfection cabinet for tableware is a disinfection cabinet which is heated by electric heating elements to disinfect the tableware. The high temperature disinfection cabinet is the most common electric heating disinfection cabinet on the market. It uses high temperature to play a bactericidal effect. In the high temperature and dry air, it has an obvious lethal effect on bacteria. The protein in bacteria and viruses is denatured and solidified due to heat, the activity disappears, and the metabolism is blocked, leading to death. Usually, milky white quartz heating tube is used for heating.   The principle of ultraviolet sterilization is to use ultraviolet light with a central wavelength of 253.7nm from an ultraviolet lamp to directly irradiate bacteria, viruses and microorganisms with a certain irradiation intensity and irradiation time to destroy their tissues and die. The penetration ability of ultraviolet light is very weak, and the backlight part of the object cannot be disinfected. Therefore, the national standard clearly stipulates that the disinfection cabinet that only depends on ultraviolet disinfection cannot be used for disinfection of tableware. The high-ozone ultraviolet lamp made of special quartz glass produces sterilized 253.7nm ultraviolet rays while also producing 184.9nm ultraviolet rays at the center wavelength. The 184.9nm ultraviolet rays can synthesize oxygen molecules in the air into ozone molecules. Therefore, the high-ozone ultraviolet lamp can be used as the disinfection source of the tableware disinfection cabinet. Ultraviolet rays + ozone + medium temperature is the most popular disinfection method for UV tableware disinfection cabinets on the market.

  Ultraviolet rays have a strong irritation to human skin and cornea. Looking directly at the UV lamp for a few minutes can cause eye pain, redness and swelling. Quartz glass can pass ultraviolet rays well, while ordinary glass is basically opaque. Therefore, the ultraviolet disinfection cabinet must be equipped with a door switch to prevent human radiation damage from ultraviolet rays.

1、The power plug must be unplugged when cleaning the disinfection cabinet;

2、Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the cabinet with a warm and damp cloth, wipe with a neutral detergent, and then wipe with a clean cloth;

3、Avoid cleaning with hot water, gasoline, alcohol, washing powder, and alkaline detergent. It is strictly forbidden to spray the cabinet with water directly to prevent the electrical insulation performance from degrading and causing danger.

4、It is strictly forbidden to directly splash water and spray the inner and outer boxes to avoid the risk of electric shock due to poor circuit insulation

1、The power socket of the disinfection cabinet must be installed with a reliable grounding wire, and the socket of the specified specification shall be used. The user shall not modify the plug without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without grounding; 

2、When the high temperature disinfection function is selected, it is only suitable for the disinfection of glass, ceramic, stainless steel and other tableware with a temperature of 170℃ or higher (except for the sealed cavity). It is forbidden to put low-temperature-resistant wooden and plastic tableware into a high-temperature box for disinfection, so as to avoid the danger of deformation, damage or burning, and not to put non-tableware (such as clothing, towels, shoes and hats, etc.) into the disinfection cabinet. Tableware whose temperature resistance is lower than 70℃ shall not be put into the disinfection cabinet;

3、Pour the water on the tableware to achieve a good disinfection effect. Too much water will cause circuit failure. The oil on the tableware should be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise the oil will cause peculiar smell in the cabinet, and there should be left between the tableware. In the gap, the tableware is crowded together, which will affect the disinfection effect;

4、After the cabinet door is closed, the disinfection cabinet can work normally. Please do not open the cabinet door during the disinfection process, otherwise it will affect the disinfection effect, prolong the disinfection time, and may even cause ozone leakage or ultraviolet radiation; the tableware should be washed and drained Then put it into the disinfection cupboard for disinfection, which can shorten the disinfection time and reduce the power consumption.

5、Hands and utensils should not touch the radiant panel to avoid being scalded and damaging the parts.  

6、If a large amount of ozone leakage is found during use or the light emitted by the ultraviolet lamp can be directly seen without passing through any light-transmitting objects, you should stop using it immediately, unplug the power plug, and notify the authorized maintenance outlet to perform repairs. Do not repair by yourself; 

7、After disinfection, the effect will be better if you take it out after 10 minutes. A small amount of ozone odor overflows when the cabinet door is opened. This concentration is not harmful to human health, please rest assured.
